Returns Policy

Returns can only be made due to an error on the actual product. All items produced are made custom per order and there are no refunds. In order to return an item you will need to contact us by phone to discuss a return authorization. It is at our discretion to approve/deny any products in question. If approved, you may return for a replacement. 

 Once any customonlineprints.com product is used, absolutely NO returns can be made for defects in the quality of the workmanship.
