Returns Policy
Returns can only be made due to an error on the actual product. All items produced are made custom per order and there are no refunds. In order to return an item you will need to contact us by phone to discuss a return authorization. It is at our discretion to approve/deny and products in question. If approved, you may return for a replacement.
Once any customonlineprints.com product is applied to an object or used absolutely NO returns can be made for defects in the quality of the workmanship.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to certain international destinations.
We ship all products standard ground at the buyers expense unless requested otherwise.
For international orders our website does not automatically charge the appropriate shipping. Therefore an additional shipping charge will be assessed after the order has been placed and an exact shipping charge has been established per your location.
